1. Services

Panetta Auto Repair provides mobile automotive services including but not limited to car servicing, vehicle diagnostics, and pre-purchase inspections. All services are performed at the customer's specified location within our service area.

2. Booking & Appointments

Booking requests submitted through our website are requests only and do not constitute a confirmed appointment. Panetta Auto Repair will contact you within 2 business hours to confirm availability and schedule your service. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings based on availability and location.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Service prices include standard parts. If additional parts or work are required, we will discuss this with you and obtain your approval before proceeding. Additional costs may apply for parts not included in the standard service package.

4. Cancellations

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Full payment must be made before the technician leaves the service location.

6. Warranty

All work performed by Panetta Auto Repair is backed by our workmanship warranty. Parts used in servicing are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you experience any issues following a service, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the matter.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution during service, Panetta Auto Repair is not liable for pre-existing conditions or faults in the vehicle that are not related to the service performed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected through our booking forms is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you about your appointment. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to perform our services.

9. Service Area

Our mobile service is available within a defined service area. If your location falls outside our standard service area, additional travel fees may apply. Please contact us to confirm service availability at your location.

10. Changes to Terms

Panetta Auto Repair reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
